RETURNS:

Returns are free and convenient

We offer free returns on all Fit Box purchased, including items you’re trying on from your Fit Box delivery.

What are you returning?

Unpurchased Fit Box items.

If you're returning a purchased item, email us for a prepaid, printable UPS label. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Send back unpurchased Fit Box items

After you try on the items from your Stylist, easily purchase the ones you want to keep and send back the rest in your return UPS envelope.

  • You have Try On Period 5 days to decide what to keep and check out for your order. If you need more Try-on time please contact us.

  • Return anything you don’t want in the prepaid UPS envelope included in your Fit Box delivery. If you no longer have your item return envelope, email us to request a new return label, after you have completed checkout.

  • Please make sure any returned item is unworn and in saleable condition, with all original packaging and tags. This includes any package or boxes for jewellery. You are, of course, allowed to try items on before returning them (other than earrings).

  • Give your return package to your UPS mail carrier, drop it off at a UPS mailbox or bring it to your local UPS Service Provider.

We’ll take care of the rest! You’ll only hear from us if we have a question about your returns.

How do I track my returns package and refunds?

Here’s how to track your return package and refunds:

  • Tracking your return package is simple. You’ll reference the UPS tracking number printed on the prepaid return label and enter it into the UPS Package Tracker.

  • For refund, within a 30 days timeline of your Fit Box Delivery date if we've received your return package, we’ll refund the price for your item back to your original payment method.

  • Check your Orders & Returns page and email to confirm that your return has been received and your refund has been processed.

  • Keep in mind: It may take up to 5-7 business days to receive a refund. If your refund hasn’t been issued within that time, please email us.

EXCHANGES:

Can I make exchanges?

For any item exchange using the “Exchange” option during your FIT BOX checkout. Please include the original item in your prepaid UPS envelope to return along with any other items within the 5 business days.

We offer exchanges for:

  • A different size for an item you receive in your Fit box, during checkout.

  • Replacements for damaged items from your Fit Box.
