Return and exchange


Need to return something? Not a problem. Send back  your purchased any item you don't love within 30 days of receipt and receive a full refund.

Please return your purchase in unused condition, with its original packaging and all accessories, hang tags etc. intact. Please take a look below for specific instructions regarding your merchandise. Excludes FINAL SALE items.

30-Day Risk Free Returns

All returns will be refunded to your original form of payment. A $8.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total.

How Do I Return an Item?

A return label should be included in your envelope. If you did not receive one or misplaced it, email support@drapefit.com to receive your return label via email.

When Will My Credit Card Be Credited?

Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

If My Order Arrived Damaged

Please email us at support@drapefit.com.

Can I make exchanges?

Yes, place a new order immediately for the size that you want, before it sells out. Then return your original item.  Reach out to customer service to refund the return shipping charge, once the new order is placed.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow 72 hours for your store credit to appear on your account. We will email you with a credit confirmation as soon as the return is processed.

Will I Be Charged for the Return Shipping?

The return shipping fee is $8.95 for the US. We'll automatically deduct the fee from your refund.

Will I Be Charged Shipping for my Exchange Order?

Orders over $50 are not charged shipping for exchanges. Orders under $50 are charged the standard $8.95 shipping rate.

Will I be issued a refund for the shipping cost I paid to have my order shipped to me?

No, We do not refund original shipping cost paid to have your order shipped to you as this is a service that is paid to USPS to have your order delivered.

Late Returns

Unfortunately, items received after the 30-day return period cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange. Your package will be returned to you at your expense or a 30% restocking fee may apply. If we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep your merchandise and no credit or exchange will be processed.

Can I return an item without using your return label?

We do not recommend using your own label for returns, as the return shipping fee of $8.95 is deducted from each return.

We offer free returns on all items purchased, including items you’re trying on from your Fit Box delivery.
What are you returning?
Unpurchased Fit Box items
If you're returning a purchased Fit Box item, contact us for a prepaid, printable label. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Send back unpurchased Fit Box items
After you try on the pieces from your Stylist, easily purchase the ones you want to keep and send back the rest.
You have 3 days to decide what to keep and check out for your order. If you need more time to extend your try-on time please contact us - support@drapefit.com
Place anything you don’t want in the prepaid envelope included in your Fit Box delivery. If you no longer have your Fit Box return envelope, contact us - support@drapefit.com to request a new label, after you have completed checkout. Please make sure any returned item is unworn and in saleable condition, with all original packaging and tags. This includes any branded bags for footwear and boxes for jewelry. You are, of course, allowed to try items on before returning them (other than underwear and earrings).
Give your envelope to your mail carrier, drop it off at a blue USPS mailbox or bring it to your local post office. We’ll take care of the rest! You’ll only hear from us if we have a question about your returns.
You'll only see an option to return if you purchased the item less than 30 days ago.
Any returned items must remain unworn, in their original condition with all of the packaging and tags intact. (This includes any branded footwear bags or jewelry boxes.) , if return items are worn / stained / damaged will charge for those items. Of course, you are welcome to try items on before returning them (other than underwear and earrings). Use the provided return label included with your delivery to make your returns. If your item came with a packing slip please include it in the bag with your return as well.
No return bag or label? Please contact us for a prepaid, printable label.
Once your bag is packed and sealed with your return label, you can give your return to a USPS mail courier, drop it off at a USPS mailbox or drop it off at your local post office.
How do I track my returns and refunds?
Here’s how to track your returns and refunds:
Tracking your return is simple. You’ll reference the tracking number printed on the prepaid return label and enter it into the USPS package tracker.
After we've received your return as per your return items conditions we may charge if needed.
Check your Orders & Returns page to confirm that your return has been received and your refund has been processed. Keep in mind: It may take up to 14 business days to receive a refund. If your refund hasn’t been issued within that time, please contact us and we'll sort things out.
