What is Drape Fit?

Drape Fit is an online personal styling service that saves you time, effort and money. Drape Fit stylists create personalized outfits just for you, with a mission of making personal styling services accessible to all.

How does it work?

Fill out your style profile to let us know about your preferences. A personal stylist will then hand select 5 pieces of clothing based on your quiz. Your personalized FIT Box will be delivered monthly, every other month, or quarterly, depending on your selection. A $20 styling fee will be charged when your stylist begins curating your box. Try on in the comfort of your own home and buy only what you want within 5 days. Send back the rest with the prepaid envelope. Checkout by logging into your account at Drapefit.com, pay for only what you want to keep, and get 25% off if you buy all items.

How is  Drape Fit different than shopping online or in store?

Drape Fit  creates a truly effortless, personalized in-home shopping experience. Our stylist curates a collection of 5 items personalized to your taste, lifestyle and budget, saving you a trip to the mall and the guesswork of online shopping. Try everything on in the comfort of your home, only pay for what you love, and return the rest.

How is Drape Fit different than other personal styling services?

Drape Fit sends you 5 personalized items based on your style and budget. You can easily chat with your own stylist to consult before or after getting your FIT Box. Our stylists are passionate professionals who are dedicated to elevating your wardrobe without breaking the bank.

Can I preview the items my stylist selected for me before I receive my box?

Once your stylist completes your box, you will receive an email with a preview of your items. Your stylist will make appropriate changes and your box will be on the way!

What types of items can I expect?

We carry a variety of clothing and accessories for men, women and children. Our selection is constantly changing to meet both your needs and shifting fashion trends.

How much do items in my Drape Fit Box cost?

The price for each item in your FIT Box will depend on your profile selections and typically range $40-$60 per item. Pay for only the items you keep, get a 25% discount if you keep all items in the box and shipping is free both ways.

What sizes do you carry?

Women’s Sizes: 0-12, XS-XL and waist size 24-32; we also offer maternity, petite, and plus sizes
Men’s Sizes: S, M, L , XL, XXL and waist size 30-34
Kid’s Sizes: Newborn - 4T; Boy & Girl 5-14

How can I show my stylist what I'm looking for in my box?

You can pin, screenshot and share what you love most from our social media platforms and share it with your stylist. Add your Instagram or Facebook username to your style profile.

Can I make special requests?

Once you have a Drape Fit stylist, you can contact them anytime by logging on to your account at https://www.drapefit.com/ or email them support@drpefit.com. Give your stylist an idea of the type of style you are looking for rather than making specific item requests.

When and how will I pay for my FIT Box?

For each order, the $20 styling fee will be charged when our stylist starts the styling process. After your FIT Box arrives, log in to your Drape Fit account to buy the items you want to keep. Return the with the prepaid shipping envelope sent with your FIT Box.

Can I change my delivery frequency?

You can choose to receive a delivery every month, every other month or every 3 months. It's also easy to skip a box or change your delivery date and frequency at any time by logging into your account at https://www.drapefit.com/.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, go to your account page and click on "Cancel My Subscription". Let us know why the service didn't work out for you. We appreciate any feedback that can help us provide a better styling experience moving forward. If there's a FIT Box in transit to you, you won't be able to cancel your subscription until you receive your FIT Box, check out, and return your FIT Box. If there's a return in transit to us, you will need to wait until the return is received in order to complete your cancellation.

How do returns work?

You'll find a prepaid shipping label and return bag included in your FIT Box. Please contact us if you didn't receive a return label or have lost it so we can send you a new one via email.

How long do I have to send back the items I don't want to keep?

You have 5 days after you receive your box try on and return the items. If the 5th day falls on a Sunday, please return by the following business day. If returns aren't postmarked by the 5th day, we'll assume you are keeping your box and will charge you for all the items in it. We will send you email and text message reminders before we charge you.

Lost Box Policy :

1. Please connect with your nearby usps with your shipping usps tracking details.
2. Please connect to Drape Fit customer care email us support@drapefit.com so our customer care assistant will help you to get box delivery confirmation details.
3. Drape Fit can send a quick replacement Style Fit Box, you need to schedule it. Connect to Drape Fit Customer Care Assistant. Drape Fit will provide USPS signature delivery options with a Fit box insurance, in this policy, Drape Fit will hold box price before shipping and once box Will delivered, price will be refunded to your billing account. No hidden charges added.
4. Please check your neighborhood or connect to Drape Fit 24/7 customer care team.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the U.S.
